Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance. The journal operates an anonymous peer review system, in which the identities of the reviewers are not disclosed to the authors.

Each manuscript is initially assessed by the editorial team to determine its suitability for the journal’s scope and basic quality requirements. Submissions that pass this initial screening are then sent to independent experts in the relevant field for review.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on scholarly merit, methodological soundness, ethical standards, clarity of presentation, and contribution to knowledge. Editorial decisions are made based on the reviewers’ reports and recommendations.

The journal is committed to maintaining confidentiality throughout the peer review process. All manuscripts and review reports are treated as confidential documents, and reviewers are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment.

 

Article Processing Fee

All published manuscripts are immediately available and completely free of charge because of open-access publishing. A greater number of people can read, download, print, and share any article because there are no restrictions on readers' ability to do so.

The processing fees for an article in Open Access Publishing are covered by the author's research budget or by the institution that supports them. Subscription fees are replaced by these article processing charges. They pay for the costs of processing manuscripts, making them accessible online, hosting, and archiving. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are not subject to submission fees.
